ELC 2020: Building Community Centered Systems

The Yale School of Management Education Leadership Conference seeks to create a constructive dialogue about how leadership skills applied to the education sector can be used to solve the most pressing and complex challenges in education.

At ELC 2020, we will take a holistic approach to explore the ways education systems can establish conditions for children, families, educators, and communities to thrive. Education has long been championed as the difference maker - the experience that allows individuals to overcome barriers to social and economic success. Yet the challenges that students and communities face are more complex than what is addressed in the classroom alone. This year’s conference will examine the systemic conditions necessary to put communities at the center when shaping priorities, partnerships, and policies that ultimately accelerate progress.
